Owners
Flinders Wharf is comprised of three owners corporations. Residential apartments are part of owners corporations 1 and 2. Commercial Lots are part of owners corporation 1 and 3.
Owner information (such as billing information) is available on The Owner's Corporation web portal. Owners should have received registration details from the OC Manager. If you do not have your details, please contact the OC Manager.
Owner's Committee meeting minutes are stored on BuildingLink, and available to owners only. See BuildingLink information below.
Owners and Residents
Flinders Wharf uses BuildingLink to communicate with the residents of the building. With BuildingLink you can access building documents, register and track repair requests, and keep up to date with information from the Committee and residents.
